take any Green Line inbound, get off at Copley, stay on the platform and take the Green Line B towards Boston College

Public Parking on Saturdays is available at Agganis Arena (preferable), 2 blocks from 855 Commonwealth Ave (#3 on map or here) and the Langsam Lot (on map here).  Details for both are here.

Restaurants for lunch close to 855 Commonwealth Ave. Most of these are within 5 minutes.

  • Otto [link]: thin crust pizza, quite good
  • Life Alive [link]: tasty organic and mostly vegetarian food
  • Boston House of Pizza [link]: a grill that has everything but specializes in Greek food
  • Chipotle and Taco Bell
  • Brown Sugar [link]: excellent Thai place located three blocks up Commonwealth Ave just past Agganis Arena
  • Sunset Cantina [link]:  Mexican, but has other options and decent margaritas.
  • Target [link] (right across from 855 Comm Ave) has snacks, smoothies, and a small grocery for fruit, water, etc.
