We are also looking for hosts! The Winter meeting will be virtual and the Spring meeting will be in-person. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The usual duties for our local host for any in-person meeting include the following: reserve a space that can comfortably accommodate 30\u201350 attendees for a day-long meeting; arrange for standard audio\/video needs (preferably with a piano in the space); provide light refreshments for the morning and afternoon receptions (with potential reimbursement from the chapter upon request); offer a basic list of local lunch options for attendees; communicate with Chapter President and Program Chair regarding meeting logistics.
