The Chapter’s virtual business meeting on 4/26/23 will finalize the ballot for three Chapter positions, which have terms coming to an end on July 31 or sooner:
- (1) the Chapter Secretary-Treasurer position (term starting when elections results are announced),
- (2) the Chapter’s AMS Council Representative (term starting on August 1, 2023),
- and (3) one of our Chapter’s two Student Representatives to the AMS Council (term starting on August 1, 2023).
After the Zoom business meeting on 4/26, an online ballot will be circulated to Chapter members, who will have 10 days to submit their ballot. In order to vote in this election or on any by-law changes, our by-laws do require that Chapter members be in good standing (with dues paid). To renew your Chapter membership, here is the link to pay the $10 dues via the AMS Online Store (please be sure to select “AMS New England Chapter”).
