- Within the AMS-NE chapter, the following people have been elected to the AMS Council with three-year terms beginning in November: Rebecca Marchand, Professor at Boston Conservatory at Berklee; Toru Momii, Assistant Professor at Harvard University; and Linda Pearse, Professor of Music at Mount Allison University.
